Accommodations

An event is successful due in part to accommodations provided for your guests. GSA plans years in advance, securing hotel accommodations well in advance of many events.  We will provide you with a host of options, from private housing to a variety of hotel selections.   GSA will discuss your company's needs and assist you in determining what level and location of accommodation is best suited to your program and budget.

Hotel Rating System

5-Star (and plus) Property
These hotels are truly few and far between.  Considered for their appointments, fixtures, fit, finish, footprint, and staff to be the finest facilities without regard to location.

4-Star Property
Typically designed to impress, these hotels have upscale décor, on-site dining and exceptional services. Their attention to detail makes them pleasurable to all guests. Amenities such as on-site spa, meeting, and banquet facilities.  Room inclusives such as down comforters, premium body products, and high-speed Internet access (to name just a few).

3-Star Property
These properties typically offer better decor and ammenities than their 2-star bretheren. In addition, doors to your room are from within the property using inside corridors rather than exterior facing main doors.  Many properties fall into this category for a myriad of reasons.  Some properties in this category are more mature "full-service" hotels while others are newer "limited-service" properties. The full service properties offer amenities such as Internet access, iron & ironing boards, hair dryers, coffee makers, room service, valet parking and restaurants on property.  The limited-service properties offer more basic features and lack ammenities such as room service, or an on-site restaurant. If a hotel stay without all the bells and whistles is what you're looking for, but you do not want to compromise your standards, 3-star properties may be right for you.

2-Star Property
Hotels like the Days Inn and Holiday Inn are in this list. These properties are small to medium in size, but have very consistent amenities. You'll find telephones (most modem accessible), iron & ironing boards, coffee makers, televisions in the rooms with good dining just around the corner.

*Registration and Housing Management
Some cities where events are held, there is a limit of hotels in the surrounding area. Due to this, locals often rent their homes for the week of the event. GSA spends time researching the local areas and houses, looking for homes that will serve as accommodations and entertaining space. Whether you need to accommodate 4 to 400, we have the knowledge and connections to service your needs.
