*Interior Décor Design and Implementation
Do you have a promotion you would like to tie in with your chosen event? Would you like to recreate your favorite movie set to give your guests a theme? GSA will assist in creating your dream hospitality space at events. Whether its implementing your ideas or creating a custom design, our goal is to provide your company with a décor that represents your company's image.

*Hospitality Size Accommodations
Hospitality spaces can range from a reserved table in a Pavilion, 20' X 40'30' X 30', 40' X 40', and 30' X 60'private hospitality Chalets, and/or a private home on the 14th fairway (Golf).

*Table - will comfortably seat 8 - 10 guests
*20' X 40' (800-sq. ft.) - will accommodate 100 guests
*30' X 30' (900-sq. ft.) - will accommodate 100 guests
*40' X 40' (1600 sq. ft.) - will accommodate 200 guests
*30' X 60' (1800-sq. ft.) - will accommodate 200 guests
*Private Homes - 4 - 400guests depending on the size of the home

*Standard Décor Package
*Astro carpeting on plywood flooring
*One (1) Chandelier for enhanced lighting
*Buffet tables for food service and display
*One (1) eight foot (8) bar and one (1) rear service table, covered and skirted
*Round banquet tables in three (3) sizes and deluxe white folding chairs
*Two (2) patio tables with five (5) chairs, covered and skirted for outside patio area
*Two (2) solid colors for linens, to cover (underlay) and skirt (overlay) all tables
*Basic flower and plant package, fresh flower arrangements on each guest table
*One (1) love seat, one (1) chair and one (1) coordinating coffee table
*One (1) large 27" color-television monitor for network television coverage *One (1) Computer Monitor for scoring information
*Installation of one (1) toll-restricted telephone
*All chalets will be air conditioned or heated (as weather dictates)
*Standard hospitality chalet size 20' X 40'

*Interior/Exterior Décor Upgrades
You can set you company apart from the rest by transforming your chalet into a "one-of-a-kind" hospitality space, when you customize the interior décor of your chalet. Décor items are used as an enhancement, to incorporate a functional item into the design, as a means of covering unsightly structural pieces or to offer space efficiency. The most common décor upgrade ideas for you to consider are the following:

*Flooring
Any type of floor covering can be implemented into your chalet.
*Hardwood Floors or Wood lament

*Carpet in any color to match your décor
*Marble
*Tile
*Astro carpet in a color of you choice

*Lighting
You have the option to integrate lighting into the interior design or to use it as an accent to the décor. The power is included in your upgrade.
*Two (2) or more chandeliers
*Track lighting
*Wall sconces
*Theatrical Lighting

*Chairs
Chairs can be selected that coordinate with your woodwork, wall valences or table linens to create a polished look to your seating table décor.
*Wingback chairs with arms
*Mahogany wood with leather seat cushions
*Whicker with cushions


*Bar stools
*Leather seat covered bar stools
*Bar stools with backs
*Directors chairs with colored canvas seats and backrests
*Swivel bar stools
*Barstool with back rests and arm rests
*Whicker

*Linen slip covers to coordinate with table linens

*Floral Arrangements
Each floral package includes floral centerpieces for each guest table, reception table and Four (4) plants to utilize in hospitality area. You have the option of upgrading your arrangements with out of season flowers and plants, centerpieces for your buffet tables and additional foliage to be used throughout your chalet. Floral arrangements will be refreshed or changed on a daily basis.

*Custom Wall Design
You can change the appearance of your chalet simply by creating wall paneling, columns and drop ceilings out of coordinating wood to accent your décor and give your chalet a unique and polished look.
