Cuisine is just one of our many specialties and wetting your palate is our goal. The concept for you to use while at an event is to order complete and satisfying meals for your guests for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Dinner and reception menu's may also be put together upon request. The 3 levels of services are Standard, Premium and Custom. In addition to these packages, a selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner and reception upgrades are available.

Would you like to have omelets for breakfast one morning? Do your guests wish to have the bar open an hour earlier? These requests often pop up while at an event. GSA will assist in full filling your requests with ease, allowing your guests to enjoy their experience while at an event. Additional fees for food and beverage upgrades will be charged to the respective master account.

*Standard and Premium
Stainless steel serving dishes, high quality plastic flatware, durable disposable plates, cups and paper napkins are standard in each hospitality chalet.

*Custom
You can create your own table setting, using silver flatware, white rim china and glass stemware for a polished and refined look. Glass serving dishes are also available upon request and for an additional charge.
